Read every review on Google On the recommendation of our doggy day care, we brought our recently adopted 2-year old dog Roscoe to Mucky Paws, and it was the best experience (for us both)! Roscoe was adopted as an adult, and we are certain he had never been groomed before. We tried with another groomer, and he freaked out and broke their lead attachment.
Mucky Paws was recommended as the experts on dogs with anxiety. They were so sweet and patient with him, and even cancelled other appointments so they could get all his work done. They gradually introduced him to the water and grooming tools, spending 5-6 hours with him. When I picked him up, he was clean, floofy and happy, and I couldn't be more pleased with the professional and friendly service.
Easy to book online, great communication, and great prices. We will be going back, and highly recommend!
It's been almost 6 years Pauline has been grooming my crazy nervous, rescue poodle, Finnegan! He was so scared and shut down at the beginning. I can't imagine another groomer being so patient and going at his pace. I remember that first time was about 5 hours. The one time we went somewhere else was a horrible experience for him! Never again! We can't recommend Mucky Paws Grooming enough!! ♥️
I have a wonderful but highly dog reactive pup named Morgana who desperately needed a full groom. The staff were responsive on Facebook every time I reached out to communicate with them and immediately assured me that they had experience with reactive dogs who are large and muscular which was the main concern I had. They graciously offered to stay after closing time to accommodate my dog safely and when it was time for her appointment they were absolutely wonderful with her.
My puppo came home smelling amazing, looking amazing, and happy. They truly take their time to provide a safe, force free experience, and I couldn't recommend them enough. They will be our groomers moving forward for both our dogs now!
The staff are truly amazing here. This is our first dog and so we don't have much to compare to for grooming, but they always take their time to ensure it is as stress free as possible.
Tara typically grooms Louie and we are so thankful for the effort put in, as he is not an easy guy to groom! He is dog selective/reactive and very sensitive to movement around him. He doesn't like his face or paws touched. They let us know what we can work on at home to make it easier for Louie. They are also affordable which helps when we have to go so often.

I can't begin to thank this group of ladies enough for all their patience, love and amazing care they provided our very nervous guy. They took their time grooming him and even offered tips to take care of his fur until he has his next appointment. They also offered follow up's to ensure his fur doesn't get tangled. I absolutely recommended them❤️
I love it here. They are so patient with me and my pup. They let me hold her while she gets her nails cut so that's she's comfortable, and sometimes someone else will hold her if she's up for it. They talk to her so gently, and they take their time. I recommend this place to anyone, but especially if you have a timid pup!
My dog HATES having his nails trimmed - he squirms, howls, and snaps etc. He does not make for a pleasant customer! Mucky Paws spent as much time as he needed and helped him calm down and feel comfortable in their space. They gave me some great advice on how to get him more comfortable in future and how to use his terrier temperament positively. I'm so grateful to Mucky Paws!
This place is awesome. We have a large German shepherd and he is very sensitive around his hind quarters and Asher was amazing with him. Couldn't recommend a better place for your loved animals!!!
Staff are kind and knowledgeable. They work with your pup to provide grooming services at a speed that is comfortable for your dog. Our super anxious dog had an excellent experience and we look forward to continuing to use Mucky Paws for grooming.
